Remodeling, reorganizing and reconstructing

If you're a regular visitor, you have already noticed that we're remodeling. The familiar faces on the home page are changing. New content is being uploaded. We're re-organizing.

Six months after launch, we have over a thousand files and we're preparing to double that over the next few months. Our original ideas about how the site would be used are being tweaked to reflect the reality.

A lot of what we're doing will be "back-end" activities that will improve functionality but won't be visible to users. Other tasks may be more visible and occasionally (we hope not!) awkward as we move things around. We're going to rotate our content to give more of the pioneers and leaders their front page time and we're going to do it in a thematic way. For each theme, we'll highlight existing content and upload new content.

If one of your favorite videos is no longer on the front page, don't worry, it isn't gone. We've just rotated it off the front page. Just use the search function to look for it by name or topic.
