Problem-Solving Bench Book Forthcoming in Australia

Dr. Michael S. King is currently working on a problem solving bench book for judicial officers in Australia and New Zealand, upon grants from the AIJA and the LSB (Vic). A draft should be completed in the next few weeks. It will then be circulated
for comment within the judiciary and related bodies in these jurisdictions before a final version is completed. A chapter in the bench book is on substance abuse, theories of addiction, treatment alternatives and many of the matters you mention.
