ABA Family Law Section endorses Uniform Collaborative Law Act
From Harry Tindall on Collablaw List: On October 9, 2009 the American Bar Association Family Law Section voted to endorse the Uniform Collaborative Law Act. The Section will also be a co-sponsor of the Act, along with the Dispute Resolution Section, for final approval by the ABA House of Delegates next year.
