Mediate.com Videos Free in April!
When I started this project, I didn't know that Mediate.com had undertaken a similar project of interviewing pioneers and leaders in the mediation world a few years ago. It was great to learn that someone else had a similar idea and that it had worked!
Usually those videos are available only to their paid subscribers but for the month of April, they're free! I got this message from Jim Melamed:
Mediate.com is opening our Video Center to everyone for the month of April. I am hoping that you will visit the Video Center and, as worthy, consider spreading the word.
The easiest jump off point is here:
This page provides access to the overall Video Center as well as focused access to 60 or so sets of interview clips (by interviewee).
Once at the Video Center, both full interviews and searchable video clips are available for viewing. Be sure to check out the Inside and Search Tabs.
I especially enjoyed going in and watching a video of Sid Lesak, one of the pioneer mediators of Oregon, who passed away a few years ago. It is precious to have his wisdom still available to the community. It reminds me of the value of documenting this movement now, a living history that will be available for years to come.
In the spirit of collaboration, not competition, Mediate.com is the top partner of CuttingEdgeLaw.com. Go check out their wonderful video library!
