Known Issues
If this is the only link you see, then you are not authorized to Create Content. Premium Users will see several choices - blogs, book reviews and articles. The information below is for them.
Unfortunately, some error messages can't be fixed or will require us to take the site down to deal with them. This page is to explain and give you work-arounds for the known messages. If you come upon a different message, copy it and send it to Kim.
Error when entering key words and "names referenced"
There is a sporadic issue with an error message that pops up when you are entering key words or names of people on the form. We've talked with our technical people who tell us it comes from what they call a "flaky connection." That is, it isn't from our site but has to do with the stability of the connection on your end.
What to do?
Type fast.
Cut and paste the whole word or name from the document.
OR Skip the cross-referencing.
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer is notorious among web developers for creating problems. Most of those have to do with sign in problems. Some links just don't show up on IE when they're plainly visible on Firefox. Our site is best viewed with Mozilla Firefox.
