Tim Floyd discusses his background in capital defense and his work at Mercer Law School as Director of Law & Public Service and helping law students find their calling in the law. He also talks about the broad range of skills needed and working together in interdisciplinary teams. Mercer works with the Georgia Justice Project, "an unlikely mix of lawyers, social workers, and a landscaping company" and he also touches on that relationship.
