Collaborative Law Process and Mediation
I was so excited to see a recent facebook entry from my friend and fellow attorney/mediator, Sheree Hoffman. Sheree and I took our first collaborative law training from J. Kim Wright two years ago this summer and we have been working hard to get this process accepted in Tennessee. Fortunately, I think we have some momentum going and to paraphrase Sheree:
I received a beautiful email from a grateful client who I completed a collaborative divorce for. I have been doing mediation work for 15 years and collaborative work for 2. Truly this is the way to resolve conflict.
I am grateful to Sheree and to everyone else who practices law with heart, soul and spirit. I am grateful to everyone who paved the way to make this practice possible.
