Australia?
For a long time, we've been watching what is going on in Australia. There is a vibrant non-adversarial law community there and we've wanted to document it.
We hatched a plan to go to Australia, interview the leaders, and create a special section of Cutting Edge Law. To finance the trip, our plan is to offer presentations, retreats and consulting. A lot fell into place, synchronistically. There is a lot of interest and we're working on an itinerary and looking for sponsors for the trip.
Whether the trip will happen is still precarious but we hope to have a firm plan within the next two weeks and to leave the U.S. from the IAHL conference.
We need:
*Sponsors for the trip expenses. We especially have exciting opportunities in civil collaborative practice.
*Speaking engagements that will pay! Or contacts with decision-makers who can hire us.
*A place to leave our cars for about six weeks in the Los Angeles area.
Attached is the promotional flyer and a list of the courses we're promoting while we're there.
