The Symposium will feature Michael Zeytoonian founder of the Zeytoonian Center for Dispute Resolution in Boston. Michael will be sharing the experience he has gained in handling collaborative business cases and establishing his collaborative practice. In addition to Michael's ideas on how you can develop your collaborative practice, we will hear from Jeff Brady, former ABC investigative reporter, who will provide tips on how to obtain free publicity and promote collaborative practice.
Our luncheon speaker Peter Munson, Chair of the Drafting Committee for the Uniform Collaborative Law Act will provide details surrounding the passage of the UCLA this month. Kathy Clark,PhD JD MAM author and speaker from San Francisco will share her vision for the future of the collaborative process in medical error disputes and patient safety programs. Kevin Fuller will join lawyers from other parts of the country in a round table discussion. No one seriously interested in Collaborative Law can afford to miss this opportunity.
