Relationship-Centered Lawyering Perspective in Legal Services for Active and Separated Military Personnel who Suffer from PTSD
From David Wexler:
The TJ website at www.therapeuticjurisprudence.org has just been updated by our webmaster Jessica Cousineau.
One major addition is the new Guest Column by Capt Evan Seamone, a Judge Advocate General lawyer and faculty member. His piece is entitled The Relationship-Centered Lawyering Perspective in Legal Services for Active and Separated Military Personnel who Suffer from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
Capt Seamone's guest column(9 pages ) is longer than our traditional column, in part because it seems to summarize two lenghy articles just published in 202 Military Law Review (winter 2009), the first beginning on page 144 and the second on page 185 of the same issue. They will soon be indexed in the bibliography of the TJ website. Be sure to note that at the very end of the guest column there is a link to the Military Law Review, where both full articles can be accessed.
